Processing is carried out for the initiation, performance, and termination of the user agreement as well as for providing the platform functions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
4. Internal Location Display in the Marketplace
Within the binschonda marketplace, we use a technical location display to provide the service recipient with an approximate indication of their current location in the header. This display serves solely for orientation purposes and is purely informational.
The IP address used for this purpose is processed only briefly, is not stored, not further processed, and not linked to other personal data. This location display is not used for search, analysis, or tracking purposes.
Postal-code-based searches for services are carried out independently and exclusively on the basis of the postal code entered by the service recipient.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in a user-friendly and transparent presentation of the current usage context.
5. Google Maps Location Services in the Customer App
In addition, we use Google Maps location services within the web-based Customer App. These services are used for map display, navigation, and location-based presentation of services.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When using Google Maps location services, a direct connection to Google’s servers is established. Personal data, in particular IP address and location data, may be processed in this context.
The use of Google Maps is technically necessary to fully provide the functions of the Customer App. Processing is therefore based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
6. Trustpilot Reviews Plugin
We use a plugin of the review service Trustpilot A/S, Pilestræde 58, 1112 Copenhagen, Denmark, on our website. This plugin enables the display of customer reviews to improve transparency and trustworthiness of our services.
When accessing the relevant pages, a connection to Trustpilot’s servers may be established. Personal data, in particular the IP address, may be transmitted to Trustpilot.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the authentic presentation of reviews and in building trust with service recipients.
Further information on data processing by Trustpilot can be found at Trustpilot Privacy Policy.
7. Borlabs Cookie
We use Borlabs Cookie to manage consents and to technically control services. Technically necessary functions, in particular the location display in the marketplace and the use of Google Maps within the Customer App, are provided without separate consent.
Borlabs Cookie uses a so-called cross-browser cookie to store selected settings across devices. Processing is carried out to fulfill legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR.
8. Data Sharing
Personal data is only shared if this is necessary for contract performance, if a legal obligation exists, or if you have expressly consented. Data is not transferred to third countries unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Data Retention Period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. After the purpose ceases to apply or statutory periods expire, the data is deleted.
10. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 15 to 21 GDPR.
